It takes something major to happen before you will change you ways!

Many people have huge life changing events, for example, my brother is 23, a couple months ago he was drunk driving with his best friend. When they left the house to go drive they felt sober, but it was halfway through their destination that the rum kicked in and it was while they were going way to fast around a curve. They blacked out and flipped the car 7 times, a car accident that should have killed both of them, but only left my brother with a couple scratches and bruises, his best friend however flew out of the sunroof, has his back broken in 2 different places, his wrist broken in 9 different places, his arm was broken, his shoulder was broken along with his collar bone and is now in a body brace for a year, but thankfully can still walk around. neither of them were wearing seat belts. There is no doubt in my mind that this accident would have killed them both, but instead of killing them I think it was just gods way of putting them through something so dramatic that it will change the way the think about things before they do them from now on.

When to get involved:

I have found it to be a very big mistake to put yourself in someone Else's business. Sometimes it can be important to put yourself in someones situation though, for the reason to try and help them if something is terribly wrong. for example if I knew someone that was constantly getting in trouble with the cops, didn't listen to their parents to where they were in danger and they were headed in the wrong path I think it may make them angry if I try to step in and help but I think I would do it no matter what they think because I'm not being nosy, I'm just trying to help a friend and get a life back on track, that way they will hopefully do the same for other people in their lives later on after they get past the fact that they were angry with me and realized I was doing a good thing. When people do good things and help others it makes the world a lot better of a place to be and live in.

All about the money

I would prefer a poor friend over a wealthy friend if I had to pick because when I was young I was poor and I think growing up poor makes you a better person and a better friend, then growing up rich and being able to have whatever you want whenever you want. It is one thing for someone to be wealthy and enjoy it themselves and with other, those type of wealthy people I like because they are considerate with their money, but there are wealthy people that get their money from chance and they just really don't appreciate what they have or take the time to enjoy it, they just spend, spend, spend. I think it is much better to earn your money to be wealthy and work for it, rather than win the lottery or inherit money and take it for granted, because there are many families and starving children out there for people to only spend money on themselves.
